Hey there my lovelies
On Saturday December 3rd I headed to TMS Holiday Pop Up Shop in NYC, I got there about 12pm and left about 2pm. It was nothing like the makeup show but quaint and cozy, it was only on 1 floor with few brands such as OCC, Makeup forever, Crown brushes, AJ Crimson,  Kissable Couture, Kevyn Aucoin makeup and more. The products were great and the discounts even better. Since it wasn't chaotic like the makeup show can be it was easier to get more info from the vendors about the brands and products, also you were able to get up close and personal with the makeup artist that were there.
They were also having workshops in the back and also at the Makeup forever boutique which is about 4 blocks away. All in all it was a good time. These events are always fun so if you get a chance you should check them out.

Hey GCP Dolls, I wanted to share some of  my favorite Smashbox products that I've been pulling for lately some of these goodies were sent to me for consideration and the rest I have purchased myself, All these products I have had for quite some time and for those of you who know me you know I Smashbox is my favorite brand EVER!! lol
So above I have some limited edition products which may or may not be available but if you can get your hands on any them, you should try them out.
The creamy cheek color & brush is a beautiful pinky rose shade, goes on smooth and blends really well and I actually use the brush on the other end because it dense yet soft. The liners are gorgeous pops of color for me one is Teal & the other is Bronze. The are called Liquid liner & Lash overlay which means the brush has comb like ridges that you can use on your lashes over & under, so this means it's serves as a liner and a mascara of sorts, great idea and a 2 for 1 which is always awesome.
So now for my skin faves we have the Sheer Focus Tinted Moisturizer, it's oil free and comes in several shades I actually have it in Luminous which leaves a great glow to my skin. It's light to medium coverage, it also has SPF 15. Great for oily skin but I have dry/combination skin and I love the look of it and how it feels on my skin. Next lets talk about the Photo finish light which is also oil-free and the Artificial Light luminizing lotion.
The primer is great for oily skin but again has worked very well for me under my foundation especially if I'm using a dewy foundation but want a more satin finish the combination is perfect. Don't be afraid of oil-free products if you have dry skin if combined properly with other products they work really great. The Artificial light reminds me of Mac's Strobe cream or lotion, it has the same effect but instead of that pink iridescence that Strobe has the Smashbox has a silver pearly iridescence which gives you a different option all together.
Ok the last 2 faves of the moment are the Bronze Light bronzer  in Suntan Matte, I'm a big fan of matte bronzers I use them for contouring and all over the skin for a warmer look. It has a smooth texture and blends in the skin really well, plus most bronzers have some kind of shimmer so this one makes me happy without any shimmer at all.
The last product is the Layer Lash Primer I tweeted a while back about peoples favorite lash primers and Smashbox was one of the ones mentioned along with Dior of course so I tried them both lol, right now I'm working with the smashbox one and I like the fact that the brush is small which grabs on to all my lashes and I like the formula because it isn't all thick and heavy on my lashes, when I layer my mascara it goes on nice and crisp, for me I'm all about definition when it comes to my lashes.
