Pictured below: Eye Wish Palette & Wish List
Hey guys so Smashbox was kind enough to send me products from their new Wish Holiday 2010 Collection, it benefits the Children's Miracle Network (hospitals helping local kids) A portion of the proceeds will be donated to them, so it is for a good cause.
The first to sets I want to talk about are pictured above:
The Eye Wish Palette - is amazing it has 9 smooth textured shadows and 4 cream shadows/Liners in the palette all with great pigmentation in my opinion, you can easily go from day to night. Its a beautiful Gold Keepsake box, also included is a deluxe DNA Lash Mascara and a deluxe Photo finish Eye Primer. It has a nice size mirror and not heavy at all it for a bonus you also get a mini instruction booklet with a few looks to help inspire you. I love the shadows in this palette they blend like a dream and the cream ones are great as a base. I recommend this palette with 2 thumbs up, great for travel and it also makes an awesome gift. The palette cost $45 which in my opinion is a very reasonable price for what your getting.
The Wish List - This great little set that comes with the following:
Photo finish foundation primer (trial size)
Photo Opt under eye brightener
Jetset waterproof liner in Midnight Black
Baked Fusion Soft lights in Stardust
We all know about the photo finish primer so no need to talk about that I love it been using for years, the photo opt is great if your loving the Kim K look under the eyes it definitely brighten and highlight plus I also use it as a highlighter where ever I see fit, like cheek bones, nose, cupids bow etc. The Jetset liner is one of my faves for a long time now as well, I have tons of allergies and itchy watery eyes so this is perfect for me. It last all day and once it's set it doesn't move, some people use it in the waterline, I don't like anything that isn't pencil in my waterline lol but for me it works great on the lashline, lower lashline, and as a eyeshadow base which doesn't budge at all.
Baked fusion yet another fave item by smashbox, this Stardust one is a grea all over sheen powder for me and also a great highlighter that's how I've been using it. It's made my favorite matte powders into awesome satin powders just by dusting some of it over my blush or bronzer or even eyeshadow.
Lastly we have the O-gloss gold which I believe is new to the O family and it's just as amazing to me as the O-plump and O-gloss and I'm only talking lip products, this gold color is great all on it's own or over a beautiful nude lip or peach lip oh yeah that's hot. It's not sticky, it's long lasting like the others and oh so hydrating to the lips, I did get lots of compliments while wearing this gloss. All in all this kit has some great products and if your looking to just try something out t his is perfect. The price of this kit is $49 which again I feel is a reasonable price for what you are getting. I hope you guys go check these products out.

Ok so above we have pictured the rest of the Wish Holiday 2010 Collection
Wish for the Perfect Pencils - These are 4 travel size Limitless Eyeliners in the following colors:
The limitless liners are budge-proof and are made of a great formula that stays put for up to 8 hours, I have used these in my waterline, lashline and lower lashline and they have lasted me pretty much a full work day which is anywhere from 6-8 hours. As I mentioned many times I have very bad allergies and watery eyes etc and these have lasted the test of time for me personally, I have and still do use them in my pro kit as well so I do recommend them for person or work use, also a tip from smashbox you can use the 14K metallic gold liner as a highligher on the inner corner of your eyes and it looks beautiful.
This set cost $16 which is a great value for your money and what your getting it's also a great set if you just want to try out the pencils before deciding to buy a full size one.
Wish for the Perfect Primers - Ok so in this box you will find:
Photo Finish Foundation Primer
Photo Finish Lid Primer
Photo Finish Target Pore & LIne Primer (travel size)
I've talked about the photo finish primer before and we all know how great it is and how much most people love it. It's a holy grail for many including myself, so we will move on to the photo finish eye primer which I have also reviewed before and I also love very much it's great for people with oily lids, doesn't crease and keeps your shadows vibrant and it also helps blend out the shadows with more ease. I use it under my shadows and under shadow bases as well to help with any creasing when using emollient products, it's a great primer. Next is the photo finish target pore & line primer, I want to note that this is a great product for those who NEED to target pores & lines so many people purchase it and then complain that it doesn't work or that they don't see any change but if you don't have large pores to fill or lines you won't see any change so with that being said I would recommend this for people with mature skin, large pore issues and lines. The name of the product tells you exactly what it's targets. I don't use it personally but I have tested on clients and friends and do use it in my pro kit, I did try it on myself and love the consistency and how it feels on my skin it really does give you a smooth feel but I don't need it for what it targets.
The kit cost $39 which is a steal since a full size Photo Finish Foundation Primer is $36 all by itself so you are getting an eye primer for $3 which cost $18 and a free trail size target pore & line filler.
Wish for the Perfect Pout - This is a collection their award winning lip enhancing glosses. It includes exclusive holiday shades.
In the kit you get:
Candid (full size)
Luster (full size)
Radiant (med size)
Baby Pout (med size)
Ecstasy (med size)
Divine (med size)
These glosses are not sticky, very hydrating to the lips ( I have dry lips um yeah ) keeps them pretty moisturized and also gives you a nice little plump and keep your lips smooth. The colors are sheer so don't be afraid of the dark ones, sheer but still leave a tint of the color on your lips some are more pigmented than others but they all look great alone or paired up with a great lipstick. They also last a pretty good amount of time before you have to re-apply. This kit cost $29 and just to compare one full size gloss cost $18 and you get 2 in this set so you do the math it's not rocket science. Your getting a super deal for your money and an awesome product in multiples. All the shades will compliment most skin tones, just make it work.
